Diana Sandoval

Owner & Studio Director

Diana Sandoval comes from a proud legacy of dancers. Her grandmother, Lilia Margarita “Cocón,” founded her own dance studio, where Diana began dancing at just three years old. She started teaching at age 15 and has now dedicated more than 25 years to educating and inspiring dancers.

While attending the University of Texas at San Antonio, Diana continued her training and worked at several dance studios throughout San Antonio and Austin. She later returned home to Eagle Pass to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps and founded Studio Edge Dance Company.

Diana is a member of the Texas Association Teachers of Dance, holds a Dance Medicine certification, and currently serves as President of the Eagle Pass Arts Council. She is deeply passionate about her dance community and grateful for every dancer and family who has made SEDC their home.

Yuliana Garcia

Competition Director

Yuliana Garcia has been part of the Studio Edge family since the very beginning, starting as a dancer during the studio’s first year and growing alongside it throughout the years. Today, she proudly serves as Company Director, bringing her experience full circle from student to faculty.

With a background in leadership and administration, Yuliana works closely with dancers, families, faculty, and guest choreographers to support the organization and development of the studio’s competitive program. Her deep connection to Studio Edge has given her a special appreciation for its growth, values, and community.

For Yuliana, Studio Edge has always been more than a dance studio. She is passionate about helping create the same supportive and inspiring environment for today’s dancers that played such an important role in her own journey.

Monica Trevino

Company Instructor

Miss Monica has been dancing since a very young age. She has 19 years of ballet training, including professional instruction from Quenedict Ballet School. She also is experienced in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, salsa and bachata. Her passion for dance has taken her to performances such as The Nutcracker and competitive events including NYCDA, 24Seven , Dancemakers, and Radix.

Kimberly Vasquez

Combo Classes & Hip Hop Instructor

Miss Kimberly has been teaching in SEDC for 2 years. Being a part of her elementary and high school dance team, she brings her knowledge of dance to her dancers. She is currently pursuing a degree in early childhood education and counseling. Kimberly aims to inspire creativity and confidence to her young dancers.

Daniela de los Santos

Combo 3 & Ballet

Miss Daniela is a pre-profesional ballet daner training at the Dance Center of San Antonio and has a dance minor from UTSA. Miss Daniela has performed in productions including The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, and the Little Mermaid. With her extensive ballet, pointe, and Acrobatics training, she brings both performance experience and a passion for teaching.

Sarahi Gamez

Miss Sarahi started dancing with SEDC at age of 4 and has been teaching for 3 years. Sarahi is a proud member of the Teen Jazz Competition Company. She is passionate about teaching her young dancers and really enjoys teaching ballet and tap.

Natalia Rodriguez

Dance Team

Miss Naty has been dancing with SEDC since for 11 years. Naty is a Line Leader for the CC Winn Silverline dance team and a proud member of the Teen Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Hip Hop Competition Company. She is passionate about teaching and strives to provide the best quality instruction for her dancers.

Paulina Salinas

Hip Hop 2

Miss Paulina has been dancing with SEDC since for 12 years. Paulina is a proud member of the Hip Hop Teen Competition Team and is super excited to share her knowledge of this style with her dancers.

Alexa Garcia

Dance team and Combo Assistant

Miss Alexa has been dancing with SEDC since for 14 years. Alexa is a member for her High School Diamond Dance Team and a proud member of the SEDC Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Hip Hop competition team. She enjoys working with kids and is looking forward to teach dance to her young ballerinas.
